Our Story
Tom Bradley and his family are native Philadelphians - transplanted to the Tampa Bay area in 1988. Tom and his family loved living in the Sunshine State, but always dreamed of operating a business that could offer authentic cheesesteaks just like back home. Finally, after more than 20 years, The Cheesesteak Truck, LLC was born in August of 2012. The business itself is young, but the idea and concept have been in the works for many years. Today, we proudly announce that The Cheesesteak Truck is one of Tampa Bay's most sought after food trucks, and our Cheesesteak is considered one of a kind!
